Delayed or lost packages are outside of our control. UPS does not consider an international package lost until 30 days have passed since the last tracking update. Only once that happens are we able to file a claim. We will then work with UPS to either refund or replace your order. If they choose to deny our claim, we are not held responsible for the lost item. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

USPS Shipping Delays
We strongly recommend upgrading your shipping at check out to UPS Ground for faster transit. We are not held responsible for items that are lost in mail so please ensure beforehand that the shipping carrier and address you checkout with are correct. Lost mail does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

RETURNS

Your happiness is important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, returns are accepted for a refund of the purchase price of your item(s) less a 10% restocking fee when initiated within 7 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The refund does not include the cost of original shipping of the order to you. Returned items must be in original condition.

If your order containing the returned item qualified for our Free Shipping discount, initial shipping charges may be withheld from your refund of returned item(s) if the refunded item(s) would disqualify your Free Shipping discount on your initial order.

Returns after 7 days from delivery are not accepted.

Items that do not qualify for returns are items that are created just for you at time of purchase and noted in the item description.
